We value the health and safety of our staff and our clients. As per the federal government, to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19, we are taking preventive measures in our office. We are not allowing visitors into our office, unless deemed necessary. Our new office hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Rent Payments - We are encouraging tenants to pay their rent online. If you have not set it up, please email our office at shoreto@mauigateway.com to request to activate your online Tenant Portal. If you prefer to pay your rent at our office, you may drop it off in our drop box, making sure your name and address is on the check / money order. A receipt will be mailed / emailed upon request only. 

Rent - We are not deferring rent payments at this time. If you are having difficulty paying your rent, please contact our office and inform us of our situation. We suggest you file for unemployment, apply for a small business loan or apply for rental assistance with MEO, Family Life Center or a local non-profit agency.   

Communication - Please communicate with us via email or phone, so as to limit the traffic into our office.
